Suhail Khalid Khawaja
With over 35 years of distinguished experience at Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC), he has held numerous key leadership positions throughout his remarkable career. Beginning his journey as a Chemical Engineer in February 1987, he steadily rose through the ranks, contributing his expertise across various divisions, including Technical Services, Project Management & Development, Operations, Engineering, and Business Development.
His leadership was instrumental in overseeing the 50 MW Green Energy Wind Power Project, where he served as General Manager, demonstrating both his technical proficiency and strategic vision. Beyond his professional achievements, his deep commitment to social responsibility has fueled his development of impactful CSR projects, benefiting countless individuals and communities.
His visionary projects include organizing Charity Fairs at FFC-MM, establishing the Women Skill Center at Jhimpir, and launching the transformative Green Drive Initiative, which involved planting 5,000 neem saplings and creating initial milestone for Pakistan’s first Neem Oil production facility to turn Jhimpir into a greener.
His commitment to environmental stewardship also led to the development of the nation’s inaugural Green Energy Technical Training Center at Wind Park Jhimpir A firm advocate for empowerment, especially of marginalized groups, he founded the Sabiha Khalid Aspiring Women Empowerment Foundation, a platform dedicated to providing women with the resources and opportunities to achieve financial independence and realize their full potential.

Shahzaib Khalid Khawaja, Director at SKHAWET, possesses 35 years of experience in HSE regulation, policy, and standard compliance across multiple sectors worldwide. With degrees in Chemical and Nuclear Engineering, he began his career at the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission, advanced to HAZOP Team Lead at Fauji Fertilizer, and contributed to HSE management at SABIC, Saudi Arabia. Recruited by the UAE Government, he significantly enhanced OSH frameworks and compliance in Abu Dhabi, playing a key role in ADNOC’s HSE culture and framework establishment. Shahzaib also co-founded The Diabetes Centre in Pakistan and champions humanitarian projects through SKHAWET, focusing on the empowerment of underprivileged women.
A Canadian national & a qualified Chartered Accountant from England & Wales with 12 + years of Finance experience. Expert on Group Accounting and Reporting (Consolidated Financial Statements) as per applicable IFRS, Overseeing Financial Reporting of project companies located in Pakistan, UAE, Jordan, Egypt (MENA Region), Netherlands and Cayman Island, Managing project Finance operations. He is currently serving as Manager Finance in worlds largest renewables power group i.e. China Three Gorges South Asia Investment Limited.
Mr. Uzair is an active philanthropist and a social innovator. He has led many small to medium grant/charity programs. He is currently serving as Director Finance in SKHAWET and Roshan Khayal Foundation.
Mr. Kashif Hussain. He is Director Administration & HR in Skhawet Foundation. Mr. Kashif is an experienced Electrical Engineer with 12 years of expertise in renewable energy. He was part of the pioneer FFC Energy team that introduced wind energy in Pakistan and has played an important role in the design, commissioning, and installation of 50MW wind farm. Currently, he is responsible for managing the complete supply chain of Wind Farm. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kashif is also actively involved in various philanthropic activities. These activities demonstrate his commitment to giving back to his community and helping those in need. Additionally, his involvement in planning and executing a Technical Training Centre and Ladies Vocational training centre for the local community of Sindh demonstrates his commitment to improving the skills and opportunities of people in his local community. He has completed various international certifications with the European Energy Centre-UK & USA suggests that he has a broad range of knowledge and skills in the field. Overall, Kashif’s experience, skills, and commitment to both his profession and his community make him a valuable asset to any organization.
Ms. Humeira Kamran Khawaja, a University of Karachi alumna with a master’s in Arts and Mass Communication, has significantly contributed to community and social services. Her efforts include financial support for the needy, charity donations, and active participation in the Domestic Guidance Community (DGC), addressing issues like domestic violence and health awareness, particularly breast cancer in underprivileged areas of Karachi. Her mass communication background has fueled her advocacy against societal taboos and for women’s rights, including education and against early marriage and violence. A columnist and motivational speaker, she leverages her platform to promote women’s empowerment and has supported orphan education and health and hygiene awareness among young girls. Married to Dr. Kamran Khalid, she also aids in providing medical consultations to underprivileged families. Her contributions reflect a commitment to societal change and women’s empowerment, aligning with the organization’s goals for a more equitable society.
Ms. Hafiza Kinza Seher, a seasoned columnist and chemist, has dedicated over 20 years to social transformation and women’s empowerment. As the Director of Women Affairs at SKHAWET Foundation, she has made significant contributions to improving the social status of women in her village. With a strong academic background in Organic Chemistry from Islamia University Bahawalpur, Ms. Hafiza Kinza has been a vocal advocate for women’s rights, leading various empowerment programs inspired by figures like Fatima Jinnah and Benazir Bhutto.
Her work extends beyond SKHAWET; she also runs a madrasa, “Kanzaul Eman,” where 150 girls complete their Hifz-e-Quran each year, and she sponsors the marriages of these girls annually. Additionally, her family’s donation of 108 acres of land to the government has facilitated free education and medical services for local villagers. Ms. Hafiza Kinza’s lifelong commitment to social service and her impactful role in SKHAWET Foundation continue to inspire positive change for women in society.
